Store Layout – Merchandising

Venture Consulting provides service to assist in store merchandise layout for existing, remodeled or newly constructed bookstore. This service includes product layout (and setup), custom merchandising shelf (dividing) systems, revamp existing departments, organizing warehouse and overstock areas, and if needed, construct custom acrylic inserts.


Create Custom Acrylic Inserts

Design and recommend various types of acrylic inserts and dividers for basic or custom shelving systems to accommodate product. Open stock available.


Signage

Complete bookstore signage for all departments; i.e., textbook and merchandise areas. Services includes acrylic sign holders, vinyl letter application and installation; i.e., textbook subject listing, and merchandise department listing.
Installation of the “DISC”System (Designated Inventory Slot Control)
“DISC” System creates complete inventory flow and control for all paper, binder and notebook areas. This proven method will simplify maintaining bookstore areas just mentioned. The“DISC” system is an optional service (system) and not necessary for remodel; although, it has been been found to be very beneficial for “improved’ store merchandise layout and inventory control.
